Three Grounding Practices to Try This Fall

Three Grounding Practices for This Fall

As we ease away from the heat of summer into the cool of autumn, we enter a liminal space, a place in between. I wanted to check in with you. How are you feeling inside of transition?

For me, change (in all of its forms) is both invigorating and scary. Without a grounding practice, change can trigger anxiety and discontent. Which is why I decided to write this note to you with a few of my go-to tips for cultivating a grounding practice in the fall/winter.

Spend Time In Nature

Incorporate Tea and Herbs

Breathe and Meditate

Creating space to ground helps us to remember that we are always connected to the earth, held by the earth. That our value is so much greater than what we can produce or how much money we can make. We each hold the power to release what no longer serves us, and embrace change knowing we are forever rooted to our essence.

Still not sure where to begin? Practice along below!
